Online listing ads for Coldwell Banker Heritage will display as soon as a property is listed
DURHAM, N.C., Oct. 11, 2018 -- Coldwell Banker Heritage, the largest real estate company in the Dayton, Ohio region, today announces that it has joined the Adwerx Enterprise Automated Listing Advertising Program. The service provides targeted digital listing ads for properties listed by Coldwell Banker Heritage agents.
Adwerx Enterprise uses Coldwell Banker Heritage's publicly facing listing feed to deliver listings ads that are automatically generated and launched without needing to be individually created. Each ad contains a listing photo, key property details, agent contact information, and brokerage branding. Ads are targeted to potential buyers within the listing's local area on popular websites, mobile apps, and social media, including Facebook and Instagram.
